Esports Club at FSU

A university-recognized organization dedicated to fostering a competitive and inclusive esports community at Florida State University, offering professional-level infrastructure, organized tournaments, and robust leadership opportunities for students.

Created and scaled the FSU Esports Club from a three-person Discord call into a recognized organization of 500+ members and 60+ competitive teams, culminating in official university adoption in 2021.

Built a comprehensive leadership structure of eight officers, 13 game managers, and ~30 team managers, propelling rapid expansion and high-level competitive performance.

Commissioned professional logos, launched social media channels, introduced structured tryouts, interviews, and elections, and initiated the development of a custom Discord bot—establishing a cohesive, tech-forward organization.

Established dedicated banking processes and budgeting systems to ensure sustainable operations, ultimately enabling professional event execution and large-scale tournaments.

Formed and directed a production team responsible for streaming and content creation, further amplifying brand reach, membership engagement, and overall community impact.
